The following benefits are available the first of the month following date of hire:
Medical/Prescription Plan: A platinum-level high deductible health plan with considerable health savings account funding available from the credit union.
Dental Plan: Two plans offered to best address the dental needs of partners and their families.
Vision Plan: Low copays on exams and lenses, and an annual benefit of either $150 for frames or $130 for contacts.
Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage (Full-Time Only): Provides two separate policies to all full-time partners equal to their annual salary. Premiums paid by the credit union.
Supplemental Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage: Allows partners to elect additional life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage for themselves, their spouse, or their child(ren). Premiums paid by partner with plan maximums being the lesser of five times annual salary or $500,000.
Short- and Long-Term Disability: Provides post-tax income replacement of 60% of pre-disability income for partners. Premiums paid by the credit union.
Employee Assistance Program and Travel Assistance: Provide free, value-added services to partners and their family members to assist with life’s unexpected events.
